Part-Time Positions
Job Description:
As a Concession Worker at Misery Mountain Ski Area, you'll be at the heart of our guests' experience, ensuring they have access to delicious food and beverages during their winter adventures. Your friendly service and dedication to quality will contribute to our guests' overall enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including snacks, hot drinks, and more.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and operate the cash register while maintaining cash drawer accuracy.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized concession area, including food preparation and service areas.

Stock Management: Ensure that concession inventory is well-stocked and organized, and assist with restocking as needed.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly concession operation.

Qualifications:

A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail, especially when handling cash and food preparation.

Previous experience in food service or concessions is a plus but not required. Training is available for suitable candidates.

Schedule:
Seasonal, part-time positions are available, primarily on weekends and during peak skiing and snowboarding times.
