As a Rental Technician at Misery Mountain Ski Area, you will play a vital role in our guests' experience by providing them with well-maintained and properly fitted ski and snowboard equipment. Your expertise and excellent customer service will be key in helping guests get the most out of their winter adventures.
Equipment Rental: Assist guests in selecting, fitting, and adjusting ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring a proper and comfortable fit.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain rental equipment to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding guests on equipment use, and assisting with returns.
Equipment Inventory: Keep track of equipment inventory, including rental gear, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-functioning rental department and resolve any issues efficiently.
Safety: Enforce safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all visitors.
Passion for winter sports and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with equipment adjustments.
Previous experience as a rental technician is beneficial but not required. We offer training for the right candidates.
Seasonal, full-time, and part-time positions are available. Shifts may include weekends and holidays during the winter season.
